A New Year, A better me

Each year we strive to be greater and better than we were the year before. What ails us, we want to cure and what bothers us we strive to fix.

For 2025 what bad habits do you want to leave behind? What’s stopping you from attaining this new lifestyle? How do you see yourself? Which daily activities and decisions will bring forth this “new” or better you?

I just realized this past November I have not had alcohol in 4 years! I used to drink and I enjoyed it. I then I realized (like most individuals) that I was drinking to unwind and give myself some much needed patience. Then is when I realized I no longer enjoyed it. It was not the natural me. No one should have to have a liquid of this kind to achieve a state of calm or patience. So I stopped.

I enjoy a personal challenge so I knew it would be difficult but I stopped. With the help of teas, prayer and yoga I am no longer a drinker. I am so proud to say it, not because I want to share a story each time I am asked but because I know what it has done for me to not drink. I have become a better me.

I challenge you to decide what it is for you, to become a better you. If it’s what you put into your body or exclude from your diet I am your number one supporter! Attack this personal challenge like a Tiger, you will appreciate what you have done for your health you will a have a power you can only live to share the story of.
